Dixieland Southern Kennels is a well-known German Shepherd breeder, in Cookeville, TN. We are nestled among the beautiful hills and mountainous terrain of the Cumberland Plateau. Conveniently located between Nashville and Knoxville along the I-40 corridor, and north of Chattanooga.

We have been involved with breeding German Shepherd dogs since 2015. Dixieland Southern Kennels first began as a pure and earnest love for this specific breed of animal, passed down from past generations.

Our sweet Shepherds have plenty of room to romp, run and play, while they wait for their forever home. Dixieland Southern Kennels specializes in German Shepherds. 

Dixieland Southern Kennels does not participate in cross-breeding German Shepherds with other breeds to make designer dogs. We offer premium quality "Black & Tan" and "Black & Red" German Shepherd puppies, with champion bloodline, with excellent temperament and trainability. All of our dogs are AKC registered.
